The vast and sprawling area can be utilized for:
1) Subdivision and utilizing the trees for lumber. There is no subdivision project in the municipality and it would be a welcome project.
2) Could be a ranch for cow and goat breeding and other livestocks.
3) Piggery – due to the presence of water source which could not be dried up even in the most
dryest season. And perhaps chicken too.
4) Agricultural Products like Banana plantation, Pineapple and other agricultural activities.
5) Resort – due to its nearness to the creek and ample water supply.
6) But most of all, the gold deposits below which if extracted and operated on using the
modern technology and financing could generate unimaginable return of investment. This is the main feature of the area. The municipality is known for its gold deposit. Since the year 2005 when it had boomed, nobody has reached more than twenty (20) sets. For sure, the gold deposits are now very ripe and matured. The area is privately owned, duly accredited by the DENR for its trees and not with the NCIP area or not classified as ancestral domain area.
The area is contiguous and near the poblacion hence providing ease and comfort.
